Submitting a service request does not create an appointment or engagement.
No appointment or neutral relationship is formed until conflict review is completed, any required disclosures are made, and the neutral confirms acceptance of the matter in writing.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Site content and intellectual property

The secure case portal is a separate, invitation-only system for authorized participants in an open matter. Use of this public website does not grant portal access, and no one can self-register into a case. Portal use is governed by the Portal Terms of Use.
