A planned secure workspace for the parties to an opened matter — equal access for both sides, with no ex parte communication with the arbitrator.

Invitation-only. The case portal is available only to invited, authenticated participants in an opened matter. Case materials cannot be submitted through this public website — do not upload or email confidential case documents here. When a matter is opened, invited parties receive secure access and submission instructions directly.

How access will work

The portal is invitation-only. Access is provided only after a matter is opened — following conflict review, any required written disclosures, and the parties' agreement to proceed — and only to the specific, authenticated participants assigned to that matter.

Both parties have equal access to the case; neither side communicates with the arbitrator alone. No automated system decides a matter, and every award is the independent work of the arbitrator alone.
