This document is provided for general operational use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before or promptly after public publication.

This Privacy Policy explains how Neutral Point Arbitration Services LLC ("Neutral Point Arbitration Services," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with this website, our neutral arbitration, mediation, and factfinding services, and our secure case portal.

Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through this website, through service requests, and through the administration of matters we accept. It does not govern the independent practices of parties, representatives, or third parties.

Information you provide

  • Service-request information: your name, organization, email, phone, the role you represent, matter type, the parties and representatives you list, any disclosed relationships, and your description of the dispute.
  • Party and representative information: identifying and contact details for the participants you provide so we can screen for conflicts and issue written disclosures.
  • Portal account information: the email associated with an invited portal account and authentication information used to sign in.
  • Uploaded documents and case materials: documents, exhibits, statements, and related materials submitted through the portal for an open matter.
  • Payment information: invoice and matter details you enter to pay a fee. Card and bank-account details are entered on our payment processor's secure pages; this website does not process, see, or store your full card or bank-account numbers.

Technical and usage information

Like most websites and hosted applications, our infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information (such as IP address, device and browser type, and request logs) to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. We use cookies or similar technologies only to the extent actually necessary to operate the site and keep you signed in; we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

How we use information

  • To administer service requests and matters we accept;
  • To perform conflict checks and issue written disclosures;
  • To communicate with you about a request, matter, or invoice;
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the website and portal;
  • To process billing through our payment processor;
  • To comply with legal obligations and support the resolution of disputes;
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Payment processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay online, your card or bank-account information is collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices. We receive limited confirmation and transaction details necessary for billing and record-keeping, not your full payment-card number.

How we share information

  • Service providers: vendors that host and support the website, database, email delivery, and payment processing, acting on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
  • Legal disclosures: where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to this policy.
  • Case participants: materials submitted for a matter may be shared with the neutral and, where appropriate to the process, with other authorized participants in that matter.

We do not sell personal information.
